Do We Accept Returns?
Yes. We accept returns, replacements, and refunds on eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
This policy applies to satisfaction-based refunds as well as defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
You may request a return, replacement (exchange), or refund if all of the following conditions are met:

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted

Ezy Lashez Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your Ezy Lashez. If you’re not satisfied with your first pair, you may request a refund under our “Love Your Ezy Lashez or They’re Free” guarantee.
To be eligible:

Applies to one pair per order

You must provide your order number

You must send a photo showing the issue (e.g., defective band, damaged lashes, incorrect item)
How to claim your guarantee refund:

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
This guarantee does not apply to bulk orders or multiple pairs in a single order.
How to Request Any Return, Replacement, or Refund
To initiate a request:

You may be asked to provide a photo of the product to help us process your request
Our team will review your request and confirm whether it is approved.
If approved, you will receive detailed return or resolution instructions.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (if a return is required):

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Banks and payment providers may require 3–10 additional business days to release funds
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
